The original design by Suzanne and Andrew's Miniatures was based on a real life potting shed. I chose to make mine a petite guest cottage similiar to Suzanne's. The sweet little arbor is included in the kit as well as all the cottage trim, corrugated roofing, white washed base, and the shingles. The exterior walls and flooring are pre scored. A BTTG 3 piece resin set which includes a stove, farmhouse sink, and ice box is available. Also available is a resin BTTG couch and chair set for the living room and a daybed kit for the loft.
The cottage measures approximately 3.5" wide x 4" deep not including the arbor. Cottage base is 7 1/4" x 5 1/8". Interior and exterior furniture, wallpaper, wainscote/chair rail, and landscaping are not included in the kit but the instructions will include a landscaping plan/diagram with tips.
